Open work with explicit boundaries

Trustworthy openness names what people may reuse, under which terms, and where separate consent or attribution still matters.

Different materials carry different rights

EthicsNet distinguishes software, written material, fonts, brand assets, portraits, video, and linked projects. A licence on one category does not silently grant rights in another.

Public code
Use the licence in the linked repository. Guardian, Bounder, Janus, and METTLE identify Apache-2.0. Creed Space MCP and the Value Context Protocol SDK and specification identify MIT.
Fonts
Inter, Instrument Serif, and JetBrains Mono are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Licence texts are published beside the webfont files.
Current site code
A site-level licence decision remains pending. No blanket permission is implied.
Current prose
No blanket reuse licence is currently published.
Heart and Torc
Brand and trademark terms remain reserved pending an explicit policy.
Portraits and video
No blanket reuse licence is published. Contact EthicsNet for permission.
Historical archive
The former site displayed a CC BY 4.0 notice. Archive pages identify their historical provenance; current brand, code, portraits, and video are separate materials.

For an exact machine-readable software grant, use the linked repository's licence file. For other reuse, contact EthicsNet before publication.
