A deliberately small data surface
EthicsNet does not currently operate first-party behavioural analytics, advertising technology, session replay, tracking pixels, user accounts, or a contact form on this website. The site does not intentionally set first-party cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security and may process other technical request data needed to deliver and secure the service, under its own terms and privacy statement.
External destinations
Project sites, GitHub, DOI publishers, booksellers, Players Philanthropy Fund (PPF), and contact destinations have their own privacy practices, and this notice does not cover them.
Donations
PPF processes donation information. EthicsNet does not collect payment-card data through this website.
Contact
If you contact EthicsNet through Nell Watson’s contact page or another channel, the person who receives your message uses what you choose to share to reply and to keep necessary records.
Future measurement
If first-party analytics or new data collection is introduced, this notice will name the provider, fields, purpose, retention, and your choices before collection begins.
